Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and hospitality-driven Floor Manager to join one of Los Angeles' premier upscale casual restaurants just minutes from the beach. Our atmosphere is relaxed and approachable, but our standards for guest service are anything but casual. We believe exceptional hospitality is what sets us apart, and we're looking for a leader who shares that philosophy. As Floor Manager, you'll lead each shift by example, ensuring every guest receives an outstanding dining experience while coaching and supporting your team to deliver consistent, high-level service. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll be on the floor interacting with guests, mentoring employees, and creating an energetic, positive environment that people want to be part of. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the restaurant industry—someone who loves taking care of guests, developing people, and building a strong team culture. Experience is important, but enthusiasm, leadership, and a commitment to hospitality are what truly define success in this role. We invest heavily in our managers through comprehensive onboarding and ongoing leadership development. Our goal is to help every manager continue growing professionally while creating opportunities for advancement throughout our family of restaurants. Qualified candidates will have:
