Job Description

We are seeking associates in law school class years 2018 to 2021 to join our M&A and general corporate team. Associates will be expected to advise corporate clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate and emerging companies matters. Candidates must have experience with M&A transactions and a good understanding of corporate law with a specific focus on the tech industry. Driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and ability to take on high level of responsibilities and work with autonomy are key. The role is expected to have significant direct client contact and will offer a great opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop relationships with clients. The annual compensation range for this position is $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
