NOW HIRING - GENERAL MANAGER COMPENSATION
Base salary PLUS a bonus program available for candidates who meet established goals Health insurance benefits offered
SCHEDULE
Full-time - 50 hours minimum per week
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THREE OR MORE YEARS OF GENERAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY
•ServeSafe food manager certification Excellent customer service skills absolutely required, with an ability to up-sell Accurate money handling skills Reliability, honesty, integrity, and commitment are very important! Authorization to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Background check/drug screen will be performed Able to work varying shifts per week, including opening and closing shifts where necessary Be available to work on weekends and holidays as well as weekdays Be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week Be able to work holidays, weekends, and through the Black Friday/Christmas shopping season due to seasonality
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Run day-to-day operations of the bakery Create and manage team member schedules Recruit, hire, and train other team members Serve as the main point of contact for catering orders Maintain employee records, prepare payroll, and complete paperwork to comply with all local and federal laws and regulations Complete weekly inventory of food ingredients, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, and beverages Place food orders on a weekly basis Respond to customer complaints and/or concerns when necessary Be able to handle cashiering, reconciling, and depositing daily cash flow duties Manage 8 to 10 team members who will prepare and sell fresh baked products to customers, including making dough, and preparing food products for final sale Communicate and offer daily sampling of products to customers Actively manage and participate in the daily cleaning and sanitation schedule Adhere to all health requirements and food safety standards required by company policies and procedures, and the Health Department Work closely with upper management to improve customer experience and key metrics Ensure all equipment is operating effectively, and diligently work with upper management to address repairs and maintenance Follow and participate in any additional training provided by the company's in store training as needed Properly maintain all records, including but not limited to purchases, supplies, employee documentation, and food safety related items
