Experience & Qualifications Needed:
Valid driver s license and clean driving record 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process. Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network. Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals. Help manage the productivity of the sales department. Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth. Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
