full-time Key Responsibilities 1. M&A Due Diligence Assess the target company's IT environment, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and vendors. Identify integration risks, technical debt, and investment requirements. Develop Day-1 readiness and transition plans. 2. Integration & Separation Planning Build and maintain the overall IT integration roadmap. Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Coordinate activities across infrastructure, applications, ERP, cybersecurity, identity management, networking, and end-user computing. 3. Program Governance Establish and manage project governance, tollgates, reporting, and executive reviews. Track risks, issues, decisions, budgets, and action items. Ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements. 4. Stakeholder Leadership Serve as the primary IT point of contact for business leaders, integration teams, vendors, and acquired companies. Lead steering committee updates and executive communications. Manage expectations and drive decision-making across multiple workstreams. 5. Day-1 & TSA Management Ensure critical business operations function on Day 1 after close. Manage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) when required. Coordinate cutovers, migrations, and stabilization activities. 6. Vendor & Budget Management Manage third-party consulting, integration, and migration partners. Develop and monitor program budgets. Track synergy opportunities and integration costs. 7. Risk, Security & Compliance Identify cybersecurity, regulatory, privacy, and operational risks. Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and standards. Coordinate with security, legal, audit, and GRC teams. 8. Post-Close Stabilization & Optimization Lead hypercare and stabilization activities. Transition systems and services into steady-state operations. Capture lessons learned and improve the M&A integration playbook for future acquisitions.
