This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of the sailing program, from staff supervision and operational management to guest engagement and safety protocols. As the Sailing Program Director, you will drive program excellence, ensure safety compliance, and foster a vibrant, inclusive sailing community that inspires both novice and seasoned sailors alike.
