We are looking for someone who is not only confident and skilled in aesthetic medicine, but also has the leadership, organization, and customer-service skills necessary to help the owner ( experienced injector) manage the day-to-day operations of a med spa. Position Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Perform injectable treatments including Botox/neuromodulators and dermal fillers Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs if needed) Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Provide excellent patient education, follow-up, and customer service Assist with management of daily med spa operations and workflow Help oversee scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and treatment-room readiness Support and supervise staff as appropriate Help maintain high standards for safety, professionalism, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance Assist with patient retention, treatment-plan follow-up, and practice growth Work collaboratively with the Medical Director, owner, and other members of the Velare Luxe team Qualifications Active Florida APRN/FNP, PA, or physician license with appropriate authority to perform aesthetic medical services Prior hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required Strong experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse. Knowledge of facial anatomy, patient assessment, injection safety, and complication recognition Previous med spa management or leadership experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passion for aesthetics and delivering natural, high-quality patient outcomes Experience with additional aesthetic treatments and med spa services is a plus. Compensation & Schedule Competitive compensation based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses/commission. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be considered for the right candidate.
