As our Assistant Director of Engineering, you'll be the right hand to the Director of Engineering and play a key role in overseeing the entire hotel's operations-inside and out. You'll guide a talented team, ensure our building systems are performing at their best, and help maintain the high standards our guests love. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's confident and experienced in hotel engineering:
  • HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical & distribution
  • Energy management/BAS systems
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Scheduling and managing service vendors
  • Coordinating repairs and project work
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a team
  • Understanding P&L statements and basic checkbook accounting
  • Navigating applicable codes and safety standards
