Help shape the success of one of Business Banking's highest-priority divisions by turning strategy into action. As a Divisional Strategy & Support Associate in Business Banking, you will play a critical role in supporting divisional leadership through project management, communications, talent initiatives, business planning, and execution oversight. You will partner closely with the Division Sales and Strategy Manager, Market Managers, Area Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate priorities, drive accountability, and enhance the consistency of execution across the division. Job Responsibilities Partner with the Division Sales and Strategy Manager to support divisional priorities, strategic initiatives, and leadership routines. Drive talent and banker development programs, including development cohort coordination, progress tracking, and follow-up activities. Manage divisional communications, project plans, timelines, dashboards, and reporting routines to support execution of key business priorities. Support division meetings, town halls, leadership forums, offsites, and senior leader visits, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions. Track progress against divisional objectives, identify risks or execution gaps, and provide recommendations to improve business results and accountability. Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, managing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution including Real Estate needs. Prepare executive-ready presentations, summaries, communications, and performance updates that support decision-making across divisional leadership teams. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 5+ years of experience supporting projects, business initiatives, leadership routines, or operational execution within financial services, banking, or related industry. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills with experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and driving accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations, updates, and business communications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across leadership levels, functions, and teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience supporting senior leaders, sales organizations, or field-based leadership teams. Experience managing executive meetings, large-scale events, leadership forums, or business reviews. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, reporting tools, and project-tracking platforms. Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights, communications, and executive-ready materials.
