Trustbridge Hospice , a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to serve as Vice President of Mission Advancement, a critical role at the forefront of driving growth, access, and exceptional patient experiences. This executive leader will shape and execute strategies that expand hospice access, strengthen referral partnerships, and position the organization for long-term success in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. What you'll Do Lead and develop high-performing Admissions and Business Development teams to drive growth, access, and service excellence Oversee the full admissions lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and a seamless patient and referral experience Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans to strengthen referral relationships and expand market presence Partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to optimize access, improve outcomes, and support organizational growth goals Use data, analytics, and financial insights to monitor performance, improve processes, and drive revenue and admissions growth Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders Why Join Empath Health?

What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for admissions, sales, business development, or marketing in healthcare Strong knowledge of hospice philosophy, operations, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to lead teams, drive growth strategies, and achieve measurable performance outcomes Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally; RN licensure preferred if applicable What You'll Find at Empath Health Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
