How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) As a Senior Partnerships Lead, you will independently manage and grow Delta Sync's most strategic commercial partnerships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, proactively driving partner success, leading cross-functional initiatives, and helping to shape the future of our partner ecosystem. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership, while still reporting to the Manager of Delta Sync Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently lead and manage top-tier commercial partners, owning the full lifecycle of the relationship and ensuring alignment with Delta Sync's strategic goals. Proactively anticipate partner needs, identifying opportunities and challenges early and driving timely, effective solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive engagement, performance, and long-term growth in partnership with key cross-functional partners - content/retailing, data and analytics, CX/product and technology, partner marketing, PR/communications, and business development leads. Lead internal cross-functional meetings to align on partner priorities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure seamless execution across teams. Strategically lead external partner engagements, including QBRs, Joint Partner Planning, roadmap planning sessions, and executive briefings working collaboratively with cross-functional team leads. Partner with partner marketing team to ensure activations and initiatives align with partner KPIs and Delta Sync goals—driving engagement, acquisition, and conversion. Assist with special client requests, including entertainment experiences or custom activations that strengthen relationship value and loyalty. Support issue resolution, facilitating cross-functional troubleshooting and ensuring a positive, timely outcome for the partner. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, monitoring deliverables and timelines to maintain compliance and trust. Monitor and analyze partner performance, surfacing insights and making data-driven recommendations to optimize impact and value. Champion partner needs internally, influencing product, content, and operational decisions to better serve partner goals. Support broader partner management operations, including weekly reporting and executive updates on partner activities and milestones. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of partner success strategies and best practices when opportunities arise. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
