Site Manager Responsibilities:

+ Supervising and coordinating the activities of food service employees during the morning shift. + Ensuring that all food service areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. + Working closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation. + Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed. + Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. + Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. + Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. + Ability to stand for extended periods of time. + Prepare and supervise the production of food and beverage items. + Monitor quality and freshness and maintain inventory levels. Who we're looking for: + Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. + Excellent customer service skills. + A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately. + Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. + Proficient skills with Microsoft office.

General Requirements:

+ Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently. + Consent to a pre-employment background check. + Consent to a pre-employment drug screen. + Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines. + Culinary experience
