Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our Hawaii's Finest Team. Assistant Manager (AS) will support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall operational standards of the store. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and an in-depth understanding of the company and our values
Responsibilities:
Sales and Profitability:
Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to address any shortfalls. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve sales processes and enhance customer experience.
Customer Service:
Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by the team. Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Train staff on customer service techniques and product knowledge.
Team Management:
Support the Sales Manager in recruiting, training, and developing sales associates. Schedule and manage daily operations, including staffing and task assignments. Motivate and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to attract customers. Ensure that displays are regularly updated to reflect current trends and promotions. Maintain store appearance and ensure products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock availability. Assist in conducting regular stock takes and managing inventory discrepancies. Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.
Requirements:
2 years of retail experience required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
