ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Develop and execute the agency's growth strategy including organic growth, new service lines, and geographic expansion. Build and manage strategic partnerships with MLTC plans, hospitals, ACOs, FQHCs, senior living communities, and community organizations. Lead contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management with payors and referral partners. Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities including potential acquisitions, JVs, and pilot programs. Partner with operations and clinical leadership on growth initiative execution. Develop and present business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Lead and develop the business development team, sales operations, and outreach staff. Track and report on growth metrics including referrals, admissions, census, and partner performance. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Monitor market, payor, and regulatory trends affecting growth strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience. Minimum 3+ years of growth, business development, or strategy experience in healthcare; home care, MLTC, or post-acute experience strongly preferred. Must be willing to travel throughout Northshore Home Health's service area. Must have valid Driver's License and insurance with a licensed vehicle. Demonstrated track record of building payor and referral partnerships and growing patient volume. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must demonstrate ability to work autonomously Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency with CRM, BI tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Work Environment:
Ability to travel throughout Northshore Home Health's Service Area Must have High Travel Tolerance
