Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, experienced clinician to join our management team as the Women's Residential Services Coordinator. This leadership role oversees program planning and development, clinical supervision of staff, and occasional direct services to clients, while ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, accreditation requirements, and licensing standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide supervision for a team of 4-6 clinicians as well as transportation and other hourly support staff. Lead program planning and development for the Women's Residential Program. Deliver occasional direct service to clients as needed. Participate as a management team member in agency-wide administrative tasks, including: Strategic planning, policy development, problem-solving and evaluation, and compliance with accreditation and licensing standards. Incorporate knowledge of substance use disorders as an illness and women-specific treatment needs into supervision and program delivery.Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in counseling or a related field. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field and a strong history of SUD treatment services experience may be considered. Must hold one of the following credentials: Substance Use Disorder Counselor Certification (ICB, Inc.) and/or LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW. Minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Benefits:
