The Role As Site Director, you will have full responsibility for the operational, financial, commercial, and people performance of our Chicago location. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure an exceptional guest experience, drive business performance, and uphold AIRE's luxury service standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. What Success Looks Like During your first year, you will: Build and develop a highly engaged and accountable leadership team. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction while consistently upholding AIRE's luxury service standards. Achieve financial, operational, and commercial objectives. Improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to strengthen the guest journey and elevate the overall Chicago experience. Position the location as a benchmark for operational excellence across the AIRE group. Key Responsibilities Operations & Facilities Lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, facility standards, and guest experience. Drive cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Oversee facilities, maintenance, suppliers, purchasing, and operational cost control. Lead regular business reviews, monitoring KPIs, NPS, productivity, and action plans. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and local regulations. Financial & Business Performance Manage P&L performance, including revenue, labor costs, expenses, and profitability. Analyze business KPIs and implement initiatives to improve occupancy, productivity, revenue, and profitability. Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to budgeting, business planning, and strategic reviews. Report business performance and key insights to senior leadership. People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team, fostering accountability and engagement. Set clear performance expectations and support ongoing development and succession planning. Partner with HR on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Ensure teams are consistently trained and deliver AIRE's luxury service standards. Who You Are 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, Site Director, or comparable senior operational leadership role within luxury hospitality, wellness, F&B, or premium fitness. 6+ years of progressive leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing P&L and operational KPIs. Proven ability to lead through mentoring, accountability, and team development. Strong track record of driving operational performance, productivity, and guest satisfaction. Experience managing complex, high-volume operations with multiple departments and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Fluent in English. Spanish is considered a strong asset. Why Join AIRE? Competitive salary.
