Reporting Relationship:

Reports to Executive Director/Operator A Director at Chick-fil-A Elgin oversees one area of the business but can contribute to the restaurant as a whole. The ideal candidate is humble, hungry and smart. The role requires flexibility and open-mindedness. Creativity and innovation to develop systems, processes, and strategy will be necessary to win in this role. A Director can lead a team respectfully, inspire others to succeed, sees the restaurant as a whole in order to provide feedback, and works well with other high level leaders. Leadership at Chick-fil-A Elgin is part of a High Performance Leadership Team. Some Key Responsibilities Lead kitchen operations Protecting the brand Making and posting weekly schedules Ordering Truck Inventory and receiving product Executing end of month, invoicing, inventory and payroll Lead from a place in operations serving guests and our team And other duties as assigned As a Director, you can expect to work at least 3 nights per week and most Saturdays, as that is our busiest sales day.
