Job DescriptionSupport the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives for the Multiple Myeloma portfolio. Work collaboratively with Marketing Directors, cross-functional partners, and agency teams to execute promotional programs, gather customer insights, and support projects that drive brand growth and customer engagement. Develop a strong understanding of the market, customers, and brand strategy while contributing to the successful implementation of marketing plans and business objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing Directors and cross-functional team members to implement marketing plans and support key brand initiatives.
Assist in the development, review, and execution of HCP promotional materials across digital, print, personal, and non-personal channels.
Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, and agency partners to support the timely execution of marketing projects and materials.
Gather and synthesize customer insights from field teams, market research, advisory boards, and competitive intelligence to help inform marketing recommendations.
Support congress planning and execution activities, speaker programs, peer-to-peer initiatives, and other HCP engagement efforts.
Monitor promotional program performance and assist with analyzing customer engagement metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables for assigned marketing initiatives.
Participate in annual planning, tactical planning, and brand review processes by providing data, insights, and executional support.
Support product launch readiness activities and ongoing lifecycle management initiatives within the Multiple Myeloma franchise.
Build strong collaborative relationships across internal teams and contribute to a culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required; degree in business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related field preferred.1+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience is a plus.
Experience supporting marketing, sales, commercial operations, or related business functions within healthcare or life sciences.
Exposure to HCP marketing, customer engagement, or omnichannel promotional activities preferred.
Product launch experience preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to analyze data and customer insights to support business recommendations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Experience working with agency partners and external vendors is a plus.
Oncology experience preferred.
