Job DescriptionSupport the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies and tactical plans for Multiple Myeloma. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-centric, data-driven marketing initiatives that increase disease awareness, brand consideration, and adoption among target healthcare providers. Contribute to brand strategy development through customer insights, market analysis, and field feedback while executing promotional programs that support business objectives and improve customer engagement.
Contribute to annual business planning, brand strategy development, and tactical planning processes through analysis of market dynamics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and brand performance.
Support the development and implementation of HCP segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, and promotional initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
Manage the execution of HCP-focused promotional campaigns and programs across personal, non-personal, digital, print, peer-to-peer, and omnichannel engagement channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and agency partners to develop and execute effective and compliant HCP marketing initiatives.
Gather and analyze customer insights from field teams, market research, advisory boards, and healthcare provider interactions to identify opportunities and inform marketing recommendations.
Support the development of HCP educational resources, promotional materials, congress initiatives, speaker programs, and peer-to-peer engagement activities.
Partner with field leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies, messaging, and promotional initiatives with customer needs and business goals.
Monitor and analyze program performance, customer engagement metrics, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Manage assigned projects, budgets, agency relationships, and timelines to ensure successful execution of brand objectives.
Support launch planning and execution activities, lifecycle management initiatives, and portfolio growth strategies within Multiple Myeloma.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, marketing, science, healthcare, or related field preferred.4+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience with demonstrated progression in marketing responsibilities.
Hematology experience preferred; Multiple Myeloma experience preferred.
Experience developing or supporting HCP marketing initiatives within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
Product launch experience preferred.
Strong understanding of HCP promotion, customer engagement models, and omnichannel marketing strategy.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, and agency partners.
Proven ability to analyze customer insights and business performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Oncology marketing experience preferred.
Experience supporting congresses, speaker programs, advisory boards, or field-facing initiatives preferred.
