Franciscan Health Crown Point 12750 S Francis Dr Crown Point, Indiana 46307 The Director Support Services is critical for the planning, organization, and coordination of all operations for Environmental Services and Guest Services within the hospital.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Oversee day-to-day operations, including policy review, revision, and implementation. Operate and manage departmental finances in accordance with budget guidelines. Supervise managers or supervisors and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team. Provide direction, support, and guidance for coworkers regarding performance standards. Develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans and objectives. Ensure department meets all regulatory guidelines and requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field
  • Required Master's Degree Health or Business Administration
  • Preferred 5 years Progressive Leadership
  • Required
