Get way too excited about recipe testing? Love helping people learn, grow, and make an excellent latte? We're looking for a hands-on Coffee Manager who loves great coffee, enjoys building a strong team, and wants to keep our coffee program evolving and pushing the envelope. Coffee experience is a big plus, but curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to keep learning matter just as much. What You'll Do Lead our coffee program and keep every drink consistently excellent. Train, mentor, and support new baristas and current staff. Manage weekly inventory and vendor orders Develop seasonal menus, dream up new drink recipes, and keep customers coming back to see what's next. Keep learning—whether that's dialing in espresso, exploring new trends, or bringing fresh ideas back to the team. Oversee yearly equipment maintenance, deep cleaning schedules, and health department compliance. Keep supplies, cleaning products, and day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. We're Looking For Someone Who Has coffee and food safety experience (preferred, but not required). Takes pride in serving coffee that's worth talking about. Loves teaching people and celebrating their wins. Is organized, dependable, and usually two steps ahead. Can balance behind-the-scenes planning with jumping behind the bar when it's busy. Works well as part of a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. We're not chasing coffee trends—we're creating drinks our customers can't stop talking about. If you're passionate about coffee, love building systems, and want to help create a welcoming space for both customers and staff, we'd love to meet you! Other things we maybe should add?
