Post Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Post Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Post Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth execution of events and guest services. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills, and experience in a small, private, non profit club atmosphere . The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, effective supervision, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Supervise and coordinate all shift activities to ensure efficient operations Lead and motivate staff, providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a positive team environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and event outcomes to inform management decisions Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies at all times Qualifications Proven experience in a bar and restaurant setting Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervising or assistant manager experience Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial accountability measures Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay:

$23.85 - $28.72 per hour
