• Full-time Lead Commercial HVACR Service Technician Marshall Mechanical is hiring an experienced Lead Commercial HVACR Technician.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial HVACR maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot rooftop units, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment
• Replace motors, belts, filters, capacitors, and other components
• Assist senior technicians on larger service calls and projects
• Complete service documentation and maintain safety standards
• Provide professional customer service

Requirements:

• 3+ years commercial HVACR experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license
• Leadership experience preferred
