$31 - $35 per hour Job Details - Exciting opportunity alert! We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of a Senior Travel & Expense Analyst in the Manufacturing industry. This role is pivotal in our organization and will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on all aspects of corporate travel and expense (T&E) activities. The candidate will be involved in working with complex data, developing strategies, and providing insights that will drive cost savings and process improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP, Salesforce, corporate credit card management, and exceptional business communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the corporate travel and expense (T&E) program, including policy compliance, expense reporting, and auditing. 2. Leverage SAP and Salesforce to analyze, track, and report on T&E data, identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement T&E strategies that align with corporate objectives. 4. Manage the corporate credit card program, ensuring timely card issuance, cancellation, and fraud monitoring. 5. Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their T&E queries and concerns promptly and professionally. 6. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on T&E policies and procedures, expense reporting, and credit card usage. 7. Prepare and present T&E reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations. 8. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely T&E expense reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. 3. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is a must. 4. Experience in managing a corporate credit card program. 5. Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data and provide actionable insights. 7. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally. 8. Strong knowledge of T&E policies and procedures, and the ability to train employees on the same. 9. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams. 10. Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in a T&E role.
