August 12, 2026 Villa Madonna Academy seeks a mission-centered Finance Director to lead the Business Office and steward an approximately $6 million annual budget.- Core responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, accounting, reporting, tuition and financial aid, contracts and compliance, risk management, capital planning, and strategic financial guidance.
- Ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of progressive financial leadership, strong budgeting and controls expertise, clear communication skills, and alignment with Catholic Benedictine values; CPA preferred.
- Position details: Full-time, on-site at least three days per week, salary of $60,000-$70,000, with immediate starting date
