FOH Mgr Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading A+ shifts. Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through. Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.

FOH Mgr Qualifications:

At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales. Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you. Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.

FOH Mgr Benefits:
