CORPORATE CONTROLLER

$275-$310K + Bonus and Equity Greater Boston KBW has partnered with a manufacturing company that's scaling rapidly and is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proactive, high-energy accounting leader who thrives in a complex, global environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a business through significant growth and M&A activity.

The Opportunity:

Serving as the lead in accounting overseeing all aspects of technical and operational accounting Manage a large team of direct and indirect personnel Partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team across the business Lead M&A integration and organizational scaling initiatives Drive process, systems, controls, and operational improvements Support a company experiencing significant growth, with ambitious plans to scale revenue substantially over the next several years International scope across the globe Regular travel to domestic and international locations

Ideal Background:
