You Have:
- Experience building, managing, and expanding cyber technology partnerships including companies aligned to Federal, DOW, or Civil
- Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling integrated capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, sales engineers, capture professionals, and leadership to align strategy and support partner execution
- Experience building relationships with internal executives and external cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARs
- Knowledge of cyber technology ecosystems
- Knowledge of BD or capture processes
- Ability to converse credibly with vendors on capabilities and mission alignment
- Ability to identify emerging cyber tech companies, evaluate synergy with mission needs, and initiate outreach to create new partnership opportunities
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience with expanding partnerships or business development within Federal, DOW, or civil in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working with cyber technology vendors as an SE, alliances manager, or product specialist
- Experience with joint solution development, co-branded offerings, or integrating technology stacks for federal mission customers
- Experience building strategy around partnerships, including identifying potential innovation or M&A plays
- Ability to brief executive-level stakeholders and clearly articulate partner value, opportunity pipelines, and strategic alignment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of autonomy
