Compensation:
$60,000 per plan commission
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Build strong, trust‑based relationships with individuals, families, and small businesses Guide clients through protection, investment, and retirement strategies Create personalized financial solutions using a broad, competitive product portfolio Grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement Manage your schedule, business development activity, and long‑term practice growth Advance through your licensing pathway, including preparation for the Series 7 and 66 What We Provide Licensing support and comprehensive, hands‑on training Access to experienced mentors, specialists, and a collaborative advisor community Proven planning tools, technology platforms, and business development resources Marketing support and practice management guidance to accelerate your growth A supportive, business environment backed by a respected national organization
