Job Description

## Standard Job Description The candidate for this role will be responsible for helping lead the strategic and finacial analysis, project management and communications efforts for Lockheed Martin's M&A activities. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Provide detailed financial models on prospective Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) targets
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of the initial screening and qualification of M&A candidates
  • Support M&A transaction as needed including assisting with due diligence activity
  • Develop reports, analysis, and presentations on both the Corporation's M&A activity as well as on M&A activity within the Aerospace / Defense industry. Candidate for this position should be able to work both independently and in teams. ## Basic Qualifications
  • Experience developing and applying financial models and using financial theory with a Bachelor's degree in a Financial discipline and commensurate work experience.
  • Experience in investing or similar financial transactional or industry experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, and financial research tools such as CapIQ
  • Effective communication skills ## Desired Skills
  • 5-7+ years work experience
  • Master's or MBA
  • Strong familiarity with financial statements, investment analysis, and valuation metholdologies
  • Defense / Aerospace industry experience
  • M&A experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$118000.00
  • $219100.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
