Full-Time We have partnered with a leading residential land development platform is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, development, and investment professionals in evaluating and executing residential land development opportunities. This role offers exposure across the full lifecycle of land investments, including underwriting, due diligence, market analysis, development planning, and asset management. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, and due diligence for prospective land acquisitions and development projects. Support the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of residential real estate investments. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and monitor project performance. Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reporting materials for internal stakeholders. Analyze property and project performance against budgets and business plans. Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring. Support land planning efforts, including conceptual subdivision and parceling analysis. Maintain and manage project databases and reporting systems. Travel as needed to support project and development activities. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, investments, or a related discipline. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook. Fundamental understanding of real estate transactions and investment analysis. Preferred Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the confidence to present investment recommendations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
