Job Description
Business Development Consultant (BDC) Position Summary We are looking for a motivated Business Development Consultant (BDC) to support our sales department by managing internet sales leads, setting appointments, answering incoming sales calls, and following up with prospective customers. This person will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and helping move customers through the sales process. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to internet sales leads Contact customers by phone, email, and text to follow up on inquiries Set appointments for the sales team Answer incoming phone calls related to vehicle sales and customer inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or lead system Follow up with unsold prospects and missed opportunities Work closely with the sales team to support dealership sales goals Perform other duties as assigned by the sales department Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound sales calls Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or lead management tools Sales, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred Preferred Traits Positive attitude Professional phone presence Self-motivated and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation Compensation will be discussed and finalized based on experience and dealership guidelines.
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $37,000.00 per yearBenefits:
