We seek passionate people who are creative, collaborative, agile, and driven to grow Stellantis' footprint in this space. As the Portfolio Manager, you will lead the development and review of a multi-year product roadmap, translating circular-economy priorities into a clear portfolio plan with defined value propositions and timing. You will also own program management for the current portfolio—driving scope, schedule, cost, and cross-functional execution—to ensure on-time delivery and performance against targets. In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the 4Rs to identify opportunities, validate customer and market needs, and support commercialization of products that grow revenue while advancing sustainability objectives .
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a multi-year product roadmap to support circular economy sales growth. Program Management of the current portfolio through engineering development , sourcing activities, validation, leadership reviews , and commercial launch. Establish & manage a sustainable process for new idea generation and prioritization to ensure relevance with customer needs and growth targets. M anage & communicate KPI s . L ead regular business reviews with regional & global colleagues. Maintain awareness of vehicle timing, propulsion strategy, and warranty targets to inform product strategy. Lead the development of annual budget and capex requests.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline from an accredited institution A minimum of 10 years of experience in an automotive OEM or supplier environment Excellent organizational and leadership skills; ability to develop plans, drive results and manage business metrics with cross functional teams P roven ability t o identify and mitigate technical or strategic risks Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficient in MS-Offic e & e xperience d with using AI to enhance efficiency , including database and program tracking/reporting methods Self-motivated and able to balance priorities across multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
