McQueen Financial Advisors is hiring an M&A & Valuations Analyst to join our active transaction team. We offer a fast-paced environment where you'll be an active contributor to live deal execution from day one.

What You'll Do Model & Value:

Develop three-statement financial models, DCFs, LBOs, and trading/precedent comps.

Execute Deals:

Support buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, diligence streams, and transaction logistics.

Build Materials:

Create high-quality CIMs, pitch decks, and board presentations.

Analyze Markets:

Perform strategic industry research and target identification.

What You Bring Background:

Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Econ with 0-2 years in IB, transaction advisory, or valuation.

Technical Skills:

Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and corporate finance concepts.

Mindset:

Extreme attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Communication:

Ability to distill complex financial data into concise narratives for executives.
