Job Description Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for projects. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions. Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the construction process. Implement best practices to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Manager should have: Strong experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
