As a Clinical Manager for AirLife, you will work across multiple departments within AirLife, with the goal to support the successful use of AirLife products.Responsibilities include:
clinician product training, product evaluations/implementation, training for AirLife personnel, interaction with clinicians for product feedback, answering product questions for end-users, research, interpretation of studies, medical writing, and others duties as appropriate. You will compile and conduct research on product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality based on customer feedback and opportunities to optimize cost and fulfillment. You will have responsibility for interacting with customers regarding training, product usage, in-services, clinical scenarios wherein AirLife products can/should be used and provide feedback on Sales and Marketing. Keep detailed logs and notes of customer training sessions and conversations. Develop the company's strategic evidence plan including the contracting, budgeting and execution of trials, white papers, posters and advertorials.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
Understanding of respiratory disease states, clinical application of AirLife products, familiarity with critical care and anesthesia environments, a solid understanding of the field of Respiratory Care and the application of therapies.Level of Experience:
- Minimal 5 years clinical experience, 10 years preferred. Critical Care experience required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist, RN, Paramedic, Anesthesia Technician
- Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills, prior training experience a plus.
- Computer proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
Level of Education:
- Professional license
