Job Summary The M&A Project Manager works with the M&A team, Corporate Departments, Business Units and Acquisition targets to create, manage and execute M&A project initiatives. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Manages the project timelines for active projects during due diligence Assists with the employee announcement and onboarding process of newly acquired companies Manages the transition and integration process for newly acquired companies, managing the lifecycle of the project and communicating regular updates to the relevant teams Manages various aspects of M&A projects from prospecting through transition Maintains database of prospective M&A targets Manages document repositories for Due Diligence Utilizes both waterfall and agile project management methodologies to see projects through to completion. Performs other duties as required Qualifications PMP Certification Preferred. Agile Scrum Knowledge Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business, Management, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, BaseCamp, Jira or similar preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Components including Excel, Word and Outlook. The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
