Job Description

Provide support in a variety of functions and tasks for the player development department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or another related field, or equivalent experience. Five (5) to seven (7) years of gaming and/or players club experience. Five (5) to seven (7) years of leadership experience.
PREFERRED
Experience working in a similar casino resort setting.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service(s); this includes customer needs, assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products Excellent written, communication, presentation, and computer skills. Ability to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
PRINICIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in all day-to-day activities. Leads a team comprised of guest-experience and sales-driven team members tasked with creating lasting guest relations and building brand loyalty for the purpose of increasing market share and revenue. Develops and implements policies and procedures; updates policies and procedures to ensure alignment with overall strategic plan. Manages host communication and development of guest contact strategies through OTPX. Assists with creating and managing all boutique host events. Oversees achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION
Supervise/manage a department and provide input towards hiring/termination/performance decisions.
