Job Description
- Develop and maintain customer-facing marketing collateral, including website feedback, product specifications, brochures, and videos.
- Lead best practices for critical customer documentation, such as Instruction Booklets and parts catalogues.
- Utilizes understanding of product technically to generate customer and technical presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quote and order fulfillment processes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives, including developing and gathering feedback from prospective customers in key market segments.
- Support new product development, strategic direction planning for the product line, and implementation of new product and services launch plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to develop new products or modify existing products to meet customer requirements and market needs.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic)Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations engineering, sales engineering, or technical marketing within the electrical industry

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (industrial, mechanical, electrical), technical marketing, or related field.
- Experience with product development processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as IEEE, IEC, and UL.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of medium voltage control assemblies (Ampgard MV Control and/or
SC9000 MV
