Responsibilities Lead and motivate multiple store or outlet teams to achieve sales targets, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction standards. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, improve processes, and maximize profitability across all units. Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring each location meets financial objectives through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies. Supervise store managers or team leaders, providing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership development to foster a motivated workforce. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, building community relationships, and expanding customer base. Manage project implementation related to process improvements, facility upgrades, or new product launches to ensure seamless execution. Monitor operational compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Experience Proven management experience overseeing multiple locations or units within a retail, hospitality, or service industry setting. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams and developing talent at various levels of an organization. In-depth understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis to optimize unit performance. Experience in business development and sales growth strategies that expand market presence and increase revenue streams. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus; a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies is essential. $59,512.82 - $75,000.00 per year
