Our Development Investment Summer Associate role is typically a 10-week full-time paid MBA internship experience designed to create immersive, challenging, and collaborative experiences that help prepare you for a career in real estate development.
What You'll Do:
Work along-side local teams on various project types Assist with all aspects of project development including entitlements, due diligence, design or construction Contribute to the preparation of offering memorandums and investment committee packages Work closely with brokers to contribute to the oversight of leasing activity Conduct market or site research to assist the team in strategy and decision making Present a capstone project to senior leaders to demonstrate your capabilities Connect and gain insight from TCC, REI and CBRE leaders Learn from the industry's best through a series of executive webinars Social and networking events
What You'll Need:
Currently pursuing an MBA or master's degree in real estate or similar with a graduation date of spring/summer 2028 Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or equivalent Excellent proficiency with Excel and her appropriate analytical software Ability to define problems, work with mathematical concepts/data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills Consistent record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Important!
