About the Director-in-Training Role This is a developmental leadership position designed to prepare you for a future Director role. This role is best suited for someone who is energized by mission-driven work and genuinely motivated by supporting people with diverse abilities. What You'll Learn and Do With support and structured training, you will:
  • Support the leadership and development of a team
  • Work directly in the community building relationships with employers and partners

  • Experience as a team lead, supervisor, program manager, or similar role

  • Well versed using technology and systems to stay organized
