Job Description
Mazda Sales Manager We are seeking an experienced Mazda Sales Manager to help lead and grow our Mazda sales operation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales performance, profitability, team development, Internet lead management, and customer experience . The ideal candidate has proven automotive dealership experience, strong leadership and closing skills, and understands how to run a modern sales process. Import dealership experience is strongly preferred. Mazda experience is a plus, and experience managing Internet leads and CRM performance is highly valued. Why Join Chapman? Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Mazda sales team Drive sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction Desk deals, assist with negotiations, and help close customers Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, appointments, and key KPIs Ensure strong CRM usage, follow-up, and prospecting Manage and improve Internet lead response, appointments, show rates, and conversions Conduct sales meetings, training, and individual coaching Maintain accountability for salesperson performance Assist with recruiting, hiring, and developing Sales Consultants Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle aging Work closely with Finance to maximize opportunities and maintain smooth customer experience
Qualifications Required:
Automotive dealership experience Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills Understanding of dealership sales processes and performance metrics CRM experience Valid driver's licensePreferred:
Import dealership experience Previous Sales Manager, Floor Manager, or Internet Sales Manager experience Mazda experience Internet lead management / BDC experience Proven track record of increasing sales volume, gross profit, and closing ratios What We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who can develop people, improve processes, work deals, and drive results.
