Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Salary $80,000-$108,000 What is the opportunity? Foundation Academy Charter School is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Advancement to lead fundraising strategy and day-to-day Advancement operations. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, this role will grow corporate and individual giving, strengthen donor relationships, lead annual giving and stewardship efforts, and drive team accountability. The Director will use data, collaboration, and relationship-building to expand Foundation Academy's philanthropic impact and build sustainable revenue for the future. Ready to grow with us? Lead the annual Year-End Appeal and broader annual giving strategy. Build and steward corporate partnerships that generate meaningful philanthropic support. Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors and prospects. Cultivate, solicit, and close gifts of up to $100,000. Lead Stewardship and Prospecting Committees to strengthen donor retention and pipeline growth. Partner with the Chief Advancement Officer on major and principal gift strategies. Coach and manage Advancement team members through consistent accountability and support. Monitor fundraising performance, donor pipelines, and campaign results. Develop dashboards and reports that turn fundraising data into actionable insights. Collaborate across teams to advance Foundation Academy's fundraising goals and mission. What do we require from you? Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, advancement, or development. Proven success managing individual and corporate donor portfolios. Experience leading annual giving campaigns and donor stewardship initiatives. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Experience supervising staff and leading cross-functional teams. Strong relationship-building skills with exceptional follow-through.
