VIO Med Spa Wayne is a brand-new location, and we are building our team and culture from the ground up. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Spa Manager who is excited to take a leadership role in launching and growing the location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands both hospitality and business performance. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, lead and motivate the team, create an exceptional guest experience, and help drive memberships, guest retention, sales, and overall growth. We are looking for someone who is professional, energetic, organized, goal-oriented, and genuinely passionate about the aesthetics industry. Previous leadership experience in a med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury spa, or similar environment is strongly preferred. This is a unique opportunity to join VIO Med Spa Wayne from the beginning and play an important role in shaping the team, culture, and guest experience as we establish and grow our location. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience preferred Med spa or aesthetics industry experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Experience with sales, memberships, guest retention, and performance goals Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Professional, polished, and guest-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
