Responsibilities Summary This position provides supervision and motivation to staff and residents within an assigned facility. Ensures facility compliance with Company and client contract requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the Business Office staff, Medical staff, Teachers, Storekeeper, Facility Coordinator, Program Activities, Classification and Kitchen activities and staff. Ensures compliance all Company and client contractual requirements. Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance. Monitors facility activities and inspects for general adherence to established Company procedures, cleanliness, safety and security. Functions as Director when Director is absent/off premises. Conducts tours of the facility. Serves as member of QM Committee. Completes monthly reports. Functions as a liaison with the client at all times. Hires and manages work activities during 90-day orientation period for new hires within assigned departments and oversees staff training. Services on the training committee. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in related field required plus five (5) years' experience in management. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department. GEO Reentry Services LLC.
