Are you looking for a growing company willing to invest in your growth and future? D&W is looking for an Area Production Manager for our Corporate location in Auburn, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage assigned workforce to ensure that product is produced in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and proper training Continually work with assigned departments to reduce requested warranty rates Interface with branch personnel to verify branch requirements are being met. Initiate plans and processes which minimize remanufacturing costs Drive a continuous focus on safety, environmental and OSHA requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, and/or demonstrated equivalent experience of at least 15 years, 3 of which in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 2 years supervisory experience with strong leadership skills Experience in the areas of process and quality improvement Experience in fabrication and machining disciplines preferred Must have strong planning abilities and analytical and problem-solving skills D&W Diesel, Inc. is an employee owned, $125 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations. Compensation Range:
$75,000-$95,000 annual
