Job Description

Born To Race is a rapidly growing motorcycle apparel and protective gear brand selling across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. While we've built a strong presence on Amazon, our next major focus is scaling our direct-to-consumer website into a significant revenue channel. We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager who is passionate about growing online sales and understands every aspect of running and scaling a Shopify store. This is not a basic marketing or website maintenance role—we're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner and is driven by measurable growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Own the growth strategy for our Shopify website. Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize Google Ads, including Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns. Improve website conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization. Analyze Shopify, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Ads, and Google Ads data to make informed decisions. Manage Klaviyo email marketing, automation flows, and promotional campaigns. Improve SEO across product pages, collections, and website content. Optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds. Develop strategies to increase average order value and customer lifetime value. Launch and optimize affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives. Work with our content creator to develop high-performing ad creatives. Continuously test landing pages, messaging, offers, and customer journeys. Identify growth opportunities and implement new strategies to increase revenue. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing and growing Shopify ecommerce stores. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Strong experience with Google Ads (Shopping, Search, Performance Max). Experience with Klaviyo email marketing. Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center. Understanding of SEO best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications Experience growing an ecommerce brand in apparel, powersports, automotive, sporting goods, or a similar industry. Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs. Experience improving ROAS, lowering customer acquisition costs, and increasing conversion rates. Experience managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously. What Success Looks Like Success in this role isn't measured by the number of tasks completed—it's measured by business growth.
