Job Description:
The Activities Supervisor is a working supervisory role responsible for the daily coordination, implementation, and oversight of resident activity programming and engagement services. The Activities Supervisor ensures the facility activity calendar is consistently executed, residents are encouraged and supported in participation, and activity staff maintain appropriate performance and resident interaction standards. This role provides hands-on support with activities, outings, resident engagement, and activity operations while monitoring resident satisfaction, participation levels, and overall quality of life within the facility.

Starting at $20.00/hour
Requirements:
Experience working with seniors or in an activities, recreation, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach to resident engagement Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled Supervise activity assistants Run activities directly Coordinate outings Organized and able to maintain accurate records. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Scheduling Entertainment Daily Activities Schedule Monthly Activity Calendar
