Job Description

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting people with disabilities? We are looking for a Residence Manager II to oversee the daily operations of a residential home while leading a dedicated team in providing high-quality, person-centered care.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of the residence Supervise, schedule, train, and support DSP staff Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and documentation standards Manage household budgets Promote community engagement activities Participate in an on-call rotation, providing leadership and support outside of regular business hours as scheduled
Qualifications:
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license
Compensation:
